METALLURGICAL INTEGRITY

Zero-defect precision centrifugal castings.

Eliminate gas porosity and micro-shrinkage. Our horizontal and vertical centrifugal casting processes leverage directional solidification to deliver high-density components machined to your exact tolerances.

PRODUCTION RANGE

Dual-Axis Casting Capacity

We manufacture high-density components that eliminate structural failures under extreme pressure, temperature, and wear.

Horizontal Casting

Vertical Casting

Precision Machining

Engineered for high-aspect-ratio components like cylinder liners, tubes, and bearings up to 4.5m in length.

Optimized for heavy, axisymmetric geometries like gear blanks, flanges, and valve balls up to 450kg in weight.

Utilizes in-house CNC machining and vacuum impregnation to deliver ready-to-install, zero-defect finished components.

SPECTROMETRIC ANALYSIS

Verified Elemental Composition

We eliminate metallurgical guesswork. Our in-house 8-channel spectrometer analyzes every melt before casting, ensuring precise elemental composition for complex ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

By utilizing directional solidification, our centrifugal process forces impurities to the inner bore, which is then machined away. This leaves a dense, fine-grained structure completely free of gas porosity.
